Dispatch and payment

A. Shipping costs and information:

Goods can only be dispatched to the countries listed below as standard. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be carried out by DPD, UPS, DHL or a forwarding agent. The respective shipping costs can be found in the table below.

If you require shipping to another country, please send us an e-mail (insert e-mail address) before placing an order and tell us the item, the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postcode. We will then inform you shortly whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to enquire about the shipping option and the costs in advance from our shipping partner.

I. Shipping within Germany:

For shipping within the German mainland we charge a flat rate of 10.65 euros incl. VAT per order.

II. shipping outside Germany

We deliver to the following countries:

Spain, Switzerland, Denmark, France, Austria.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). B. Payment information:

I. For shipping within Germany

For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

II. for deliveries outside Germany

For deliveries abroad, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

III. detailed information on the individual payment options

1. advance payment by bank transfer

Transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 3 days, stating the purpose of the transfer. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail during order processing.

2. direct debit (SEPA direct debit)

After submitting your bank details and issuing a SEPA direct debit mandate, we will collect the invoice amount from your bank account by direct debit. Please ensure that you provide us with the correct bank details during the ordering process and that your account has the necessary funds. The direct debit will be collected when the goods you have ordered leave our warehouse.

3. credit card

Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

4. cash on delivery

You pay on delivery to the transport company commissioned by us, which is authorised to receive the amount of money to be paid by you. Please note that we charge an additional standardised cash on delivery fee of (...) euros for cash on delivery.

5. purchase on account via Billie

When purchasing on account, Billie takes over the payment processing. After receiving the payment information, you have 14 days to pay your invoice to Billie. You will receive the payment information by e-mail from Billie. You can also manage your payments directly via the Billie buyer portal.

6. paypal
